1) We are shipping our products using FedEx Next Day Air.
2) Merchandise cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
3) All product orders currently present in our inventory are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Products which are not at disposal in our inventory at the moment of your purchase are usually delivered within 4-6 weeks from the moment of placing an order.
4) All readily available products ordered after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.
You may cancel your order on a product which has not been readily available in our inventory at the moment of your purchase, 48 hours after placing that order, without any cost to you. However, in case of canceling your order at any further moment prior to our estimated time of delivery, we reserve the right to bill you for the amount of material and labor used in a production of your order or in case the product has been finalized and ready to dispatch, we reserve the right to bill you for the full amount, considering that sale final.

Returns and Exchange Policy
All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached. Gris Gris Factory has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Gris Gris Factory Return Policy requirements. There are no refunds on jewelry and accessories, however they can be exchanged for store credit if returned within 2 weeks of delivery date. All merchandise purchased “ON SALE” or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Returning an item: a. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us (514) 938-1159 and request a return authorization number. Please provide your name, order # and reason for return in the email. Please be aware that the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected. If you would like to exchange an item for size or would like a completely different item, please email us at email@example.com or call us at (514) 938-1159 and request an exchange authorization number. Please provide your name and order # in the email. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected. We recommend sending items back via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. All tracking numbers of return packages should be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Gris Gris Factory does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
