Returns and Exchange-GrisGris Factory Engagement rings and Custom Jewelry
All returns must be received within 2 weeks of the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached. Gris Gris Factory has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Gris Gris Factory Return Policy requirements. There are no refunds on jewelry and accessories, however they can be exchanged for store credit if returned within 2 weeks of delivery date. All merchandise purchased “ON SALE” or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Returning an item: a. Please be aware that the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. Gris Gris Factory does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
